We host Shield of Faith on Saturday's at 10:30 am.  Shield of Faith teaches the art of Cha Yun Do, which is a Christ centered defensive martial art.  Cha Yun Do was founded by Dr. Randolph Young in 1988 and is based on the natural motions of the body so all ages can participate.  Students can start at any time during year.
