Berkley Community Church is more than just a service on Sunday morning. It is walking in relationship with Jesus Christ as commended to us in the Bible. Our church has been leading our community to know and love Jesus for over 105 years! In that sense, we are an old church where God is doing a new thing! We invite you to be part of that - to be part of a family of believers who are serious about the Word and worship!
Join us this Sunday at 10:30am at the corner of Wiltshire and Kipling in Berkley!

Sermon Series

In a world filled with uncertainty, doubt, and shifting definitions of truth, how can we truly know that we belong to Christ? Our new sermon series, By This We Know, walks verse-by-verse through 1 John to answer that very question. The apostle John writes with pastoral clarity and deep love, pointing us to the fellowship we have in Jesus Christ—fellowship that is not only vertical with God, but also lived out horizontally with one another. This series will help you see that Christianity is not merely claimed with words, but confirmed through a transformed life marked by love, obedience, and truth.
Throughout this series, we will uncover the clear markers of genuine faith that God has graciously given for our assurance. Again and again, John reminds us, “by this we know…”—we know that we are in Him, that we have passed from death to life, and that His Spirit dwells within us. This is not meant to leave us questioning, worrying, or fearing, but to anchor us in confident assurance rooted in Christ’s finished work. Join us as we grow together in clarity, confidence, and deeper fellowship with Christ and His church.
